The American Library Association’s Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) division has released a list of the top 10 graphic novels for teens in 2013. The top 10 list is taken from a longer list of 55 “Great Graphic Novels for Teens.” The Top 10 list for 2013 includes Takashi Murakami’s Stargazing Dog manga.
Four additional manga titles were included in the “Great Graphic Novels for Teens” list:
- Attack on Titan GN 1 by Hajime Isayama
- 5 Centerimeters per Second GN by Makoto Shinkai and Yukiko Seike
- Dawn of the Arcana GN 1-2 by Rei Toma
- A Devil and Her Love Song GN 1 by Miyoshi Tomori
